Senior Associate

 

Joelle joined the firm in 2010 and is a Senior Associate at the firm.

She has been a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 1989.

Joelle has worked with various leading law firms in Lebanon before joining the firm. She has developed and acquired extensive expertise in commercial and civil litigation and enforcement, as well as in corporate, NGO and real estate law. She also specializes in assisting annual retained companies in their day to day business.

Joelle provides clients with legal assistance catering for all their needs. She provides legal advices and acts as a litigator representing clients in Court and drafting claims and counterclaims regarding different matters such as civil, commercial, inheritance issues, divorce, family law, pleadings and general prosecutions.

Joelle was also a lecturer in civil law from 1995 to 1998, at the Banking Studies Center at St. Joseph University (USJ). Joelle was also the country coordinator for the different branches at the Banking Studies Center of the USJ.

Joelle graduated from St. Joseph University, Beirut with a Master in Lebanese and French Law, and obtained a D.E.A. in Civil law from St. Joseph University, Beirut.

Her masters’ paper on gaming and gambling was published in the Middle East Journal of Legal Studies (Proche Orient Etudes Juridiques).

Joelle is fluent in Arabic, French and English and has elementary knowledge in Spanish.
