Khalil Sarkis

Khalil Sarkis joined the firm in 1983 and is a Senior Advisor at Badri and Salim El Meouchi Law Firm.
He has been a member of the Beirut Bar since 1983 and is a highly regarded lawyer in Lebanon.
Khalil advises clients in various areas of practice, with an emphasis on banking and finance, corporate/commercial, real estate and litigation (notably in real estate, real estate financing and construction). Khalil masters areas of civil law, as well as personal rights and succession. He is an expert in real estate matters where he has led complex real estate acquisitions and urban development transactions.
He also acts as legal advisor to the Association of Owners of Rights in the Beirut Central District.
Khalil holds a Bachelor in Political Science from St. Joseph University, Beirut, and also graduated from La Sagesse University, Beirut, with a Lebanese Master of Law, in 1982.
Khalil is fluent in Arabic, French and English.
