Nazek El Hout
Associate
Nazek El-Hout joined the firm in 2015 and became an Associate in 2019.
She has been a member of the Beirut bar since 2015.
Nazek assists clients in M&A, banking, corporate, regulatory, real estate, environmental law and commercial, as well as in PPA and renewables projects.
She has extensive experience in legal research and documentation, acquired from her internship at Amnesty International - Beirut in 2014 and her work as assistant in Lebanese Association on Educational Studies.
Nazek graduated with distinction from La Sagesse University with a Bachelor of Law.
She is also certified, with distinction as the "Best Student" for 2014, in International Criminal Law and Procedures by the Inter- University program in collaboration with the Special Tribunal of Lebanon and T.M.C. Asser Institute - Netherlands.
Nazek is fluent in Arabic and English; She has conversational knowledge in French.
