Samer El Khoury

Samer joined the firm in April 2018 as an intern and became an Associate in 2022.
He has been a member of the Tripoli Bar since 2018.
Samer works primarily in corporate and commercial law including general corporate and advisory, banking and finance, real estate transactions and NGOs. He also works in litigation including corporate litigation, real estate litigation, employment, enforcement, Intellectual Property Rights and general local Lebanese law advisory.
Prior to joining the firm, Samer has completed internships in reputable Lebanese law firms.
Samer graduated from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik with a Bachelor of Law.
Samer is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
