Samia El Meouchi

Samia El Meouchi joined the firm in 2005, and became a Partner in 2013.
She has been a member of the Beirut Bar since 2006.
Samia’s main areas of practice are corporate/commercial, M&A, and banking and finance. She had also been assigned by the firm on a part-time secondment at Vodafone Qatar (from September 2008 to January 2009).
She contributed to several publications of the firm, notably with respect to alternative dispute resolution, banking and corporate governance.
Samia graduated from the University of Montreal with a Bachelor of Law in 2004, and obtained her BCL Master in Lebanese Law from the Lebanese University in 2005.
Samia followed training to become an ISO internal auditor for Badri and Salim El Meouchi Law Firm, and completed, in 2009, IFC’s Corporate Governance Consultant Workshop.
Samia is a member of the Lebanese Transparency Association.
Samia is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
