Walid Honein

Walid Honein joined the firm in 1987, and became a Partner in 2007.
He is also the Anti Money Laundering Officer of the firm in Qatar.
He has been a member of the Beirut Bar since 1987.
Walid specializes notably in real estate, real estate financing and construction andhas advised numerous clients on major real estate projects, including master cities, in relation to all aspects of their project, from financing, to contracting and construction, to subsequent subdivision and sale.
Walid also advises clients on various aspects of corporate and commercial law, as well as banking and finance transactions.
Also, Walid has taught Computer Law classes at St. Joseph University Law Faculty, and is frequently invited to speak at conferences on real estate and real estate financing.
Walid holds a Bachelor in Political Science and a French and Lebanese Masters of Law from St. Joseph University, Beirut, as well as an advanced graduate diploma in law (D.E.A.) in computer law from the University of Montpellier, in France.
Walid is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
